RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, Ash Collective Boutique does not offer exchanges at this time. 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Any "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Items must be unworn with tags attached returned in original condition. Items must be free of smoke odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or any other signs of wear. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be denied and sent back at the customer's expense. 

TO RETURN:

  1. Send us a detailed email on why you would like to return the item/items. Please do NOT send item/s until you have verified with us that you meet the return criteria. 
  2. Please allow 5-10 business days once your return reaches us, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift care once your return is complete. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Return shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping

Damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

Please note exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
